We can also manufacture and deliver quality die casting molds to help reduce your tooling investment and lead-time. Typical savings of 30% are possible even after shipping costs. We use hard steel dies of SKD11, SKD 65 or H13. Die casting of parts from aluminum, aluminum alloys, zinc or zinc alloys. Investment cast parts from 10grams to 30kg, in stainless steel, alloy steels or high carbon steels. We offer the full range of surface treatment including, painting, sandblasting, polishing, and zinc plating. Precision metal stamping and forming of various metals for a wide range of applications including EMI shielding cans, enclosures, housings, brackets.
